By accessing or using Avatar Mova, you acknowledge these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not wish to use Avatar Mova under these Terms, you may choose not to continue using the service.
1. About Avatar Mova
Avatar Mova provides AI-powered conversational experiences involving simulated characters, personalities, historical figures, fictional concepts, and other interactive experiences.
Characters presented through Avatar Mova are AI-generated simulations.
They are not the actual individuals they may represent or be inspired by, and their statements should not be interpreted as authentic statements from those individuals.
Historical or philosophical simulations are educational and creative interpretations and may not perfectly reproduce the views, writings, language, personality, or historical context of the represented person.
2. AI-Generated Information
Avatar Mova uses artificial intelligence.
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, fictional, or inappropriate for a particular situation.
You should independently verify important information rather than relying exclusively on an AI-generated response.
3. No Professional Advice
Avatar Mova does not provide professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, tax, or other regulated professional advice.
AI characters may discuss these subjects conversationally or educationally, but their responses are not a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
Do not rely on Avatar Mova for emergency decisions.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Avatar Mova.
The current service is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.
5. Conversation Data and AI Improvement
Avatar Mova may store conversation text and related information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Conversation information may be used to:
- provide conversational memory;
- personalize and improve interactions;
- evaluate the quality and safety of the service;
- develop new features and characters; and
- develop, evaluate, test, train, and improve Avatar Mova and its AI systems.

6. Voice Features
Avatar Mova may provide microphone, speech-recognition, synthetic-voice, or related voice features.
Raw microphone recordings are not intentionally retained by Avatar Mova as part of conversation history. Speech may be converted into text, and that text may be retained according to the Privacy Policy.
Voice and AI functionality may rely on third-party technology providers.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Avatar Mova.
You may not intentionally:
- interfere with or disrupt the service;
- circumvent usage limits, access restrictions, security systems, or abuse protections;
- use automated methods to overload, scrape, attack, or improperly access the service;
- attempt to obtain secrets, credentials, system prompts, private keys, or protected infrastructure information;
- use the service in violation of applicable law;
- impersonate Avatar Mova or misrepresent an AI-generated response as an authentic statement by a represented individual; or
- use Avatar Mova to violate the rights of another person.
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.
8. Availability and Changes
Avatar Mova is currently an evolving service.
Features may be modified, added, limited, suspended, or removed.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every browser or device, or that every AI, voice, memory, or other feature will operate without errors.
Usage limits may apply and may change over time.
9. Intellectual Property
Avatar Mova's original software, branding, interface, designs, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Historical facts, public-domain works, philosophical ideas, and other materials that are not owned by Avatar Mova remain subject to their applicable legal status.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of third-party intellectual property to Avatar Mova or ownership of Avatar Mova intellectual property to you.
10. User Content
You retain whatever rights you otherwise hold in content you submit.
You grant Avatar Mova the rights reasonably necessary to process, store, analyze, reproduce, transform, and use submitted content to operate the service and for the development, evaluation, training, testing, safety, and improvement purposes described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
This permission is subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
11. Third-Party Services
Avatar Mova depends on third-party services and technology.
We are not responsible for outages, changes, or failures caused by services outside our reasonable control.
Use of third-party services may also be subject to those providers' applicable terms and privacy practices.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Avatar Mova is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not warrant that the service will always be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Avatar Mova and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
14. Termination
You may stop using Avatar Mova at any time.
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary because of abuse, security concerns, violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or risks to the service or others.
15. Governing Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Users may also have mandatory rights under the laws of their place of residence that these Terms cannot override.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Avatar Mova evolves.
Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate or legally required, providing additional notice.
Continued use following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
